Brewery: Goose Island |
Name of Beer:Bourbon County Brand Stout |
Beer Style: Imperial Stout |
Description: Originally brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer. 16.9 ounce bottle |

Brewery: Goose Island |
Name of Beer:Bourbon County Brand Barleywine |
Beer Style: Barleywine |
Description: Aged in the third-use barrels that were once home to Kentucky bourbon and then our renowned Bourbon County Stout, this traditional English-style barleywine possesses the subtlety of flavor that only comes from a barrel that’s gone through many seasons of ritual care. The intricacies of the previous barrel denizens – oak, charcoal, hints of tobacco and vanilla, and that signature bourbon heat – are all present in this beer. Hearty and complex, Bourbon County Brand Barleywine is a titan and a timeline; a bold, flavorful journey through the craft of barrel aging. 16.9 ounce bottle |

Status: Restock |
Brewery: 2nd Shift |
Name of Beer: Little Big Hop |
Beer Style: Session IPA |
Description: A small wonder to behold, with all of the hop flavors and aromas and coming in at only 4.9% ABV. Some people would call it a session IPA but they would be wrong because that makes no sense. It's a low alcohol double IPA or maybe an imperial table beer or an American lager that uses ale yeast and 10 times the hops as normal. This beer is stupid good. Hops used: Magnum, Cascade, Zythos, Simcoe, Columbus. 4 pack cans |

Brewery: Dogfish Head |
Name of Beer: Liquid Truth Serum |
Beer Style: IPA |
Description: You can handle the truth! MYTH: IBUs (hop bitterness) can only be achieved in the boil. TRUTH: Uh-uh! The truth is, Dogfish Head has been doing innovative things in the world of hopping since we opened in the mid-90s. From our continual hopping method found in our 60 Minute, 90 Minute and 120 Minute IPAs to our latest innovation of post-boil hop additions found in our Liquid Truth Serum! Brewery: Dogfish Head |
Name of Beer: Pennsylvania Tuxedo |
Beer Style: Pale Ale |
Description: A spruce-infused pale ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo pays homage to the flannel-suited hunters and gatherers who dwell deep in the backcountry of north-central PA. Brewed in collaboration with family-run outdoor clothing company Woolrich, Pennsylvania Tuxedo is a sessionable concoction with a grassy citrus kick complemented by the resinous conifer notes of fresh green spruce tips. We went into the forests of north-central Pennsylvania and Georgetown, Del., to pick these fresh tips ourselves. A dry yet doughy malt backbone lets the hops and spruce shine while still balancing out the bitterness, making this one an easy sipper. 4 pack bottles |

Brewery: Abita |
Name of Beer: Bourbon Street Maple Pecan |
Beer Style: Nut Brown Ale |
Description: Bourbon Street Maple Pecan is a nut brown ale that is aged in Bourbon barrels. Our Maple Pecan is brewed with a combination of pale, munich, biscuit, and caramel malts. Roasted pecans are also added to the brew for a nutty flavor and aroma. We add maple syrup in the brewhouse as well to give the beer a sweet flavor and full body. After fermentation and aging the beer is transferred into the bourbon barrels. It is then aged for another 8 weeks to absorb all of the flavors from the barrels. The result is brown ale that blends the light flavors of nuts, maple syrup, and baking bread from the beer with the warming flavors of wood and vanilla from the bourbon barrels. 22 ounce bottle |
