Brewery: Logboat Brewing Company |
Location: Columbia, MO |
Name of Beer: Coffee Mamoot |
Beer Style: English Mild Ale with Coffee |
ABV: 4.0% |
Our Thoughts: We've reviewed Mamoot and are big fans here are Saint Brewis. The beer already has some natural coffee flavors just from the malts used. Adding actual coffee to the mix will make me feel even less guilty about cracking one open before noon on a weekend. |

Brewery: Urban Chestnut Brewing Company |
Location: St. Louis, MO |
Name of Beer: Class of 2011 |
Beer Style: India Brown Ale |
ABV: 6.3% |
Our Thoughts: The "Class of 2011" in STL is 4 Hands, Civil Life, Perennial and Urban Chestnut, who all opened in 2011. They're each collaborating on beers for STL Craft Beer week and this is Urban Chestnut's. Its grain bill is from Perennial, its hops are from 4 Hands and Urban Chestnut and its yeast is from Civil Life. Only 3 more weeks! |

Brewery: 4 Hands Brewing Company |
Location: St. Louis, MO |
Name of Beer: Volume 4 |
Beer Style: Ale Aged in Bourbon Barrels |
ABV: 10.5% |
Our Thoughts: This beer will be 4 Hands' fourth release in their "Wood Series," an ongoing series focusing on high gravity ales aged in American spirit barrels. If this is anything like their previous 3 releases, expect to wait in line when it's released. |
