Brewery: Logboat Brewing Company |
Location: Columbia, MO |
Name of Beer: Flybye |
Beer Style: Farmhouse Ale |
ABV: 5.5% |
Our Thoughts: Logboat JUST hit distribution in STL this past week. If you didn't know about them before, know them now. This Farmhouse Ale, if anything like the beers they've been putting out lately, is sure to be true to style and an easy drinker. |

Brewery: Boulevard Brewing Company |
Location: Kansas City, MO |
Name of Beer: Imperial Stout X - Manhattan |
Beer Style: Imperial Stout Aged in Manhattan Barrels |
ABV: 11.0% |
Our Thoughts: These Stout X variants from Boulevard have all been on the money so far so we expect nothing different from this one. After tasting Crane's recent Manhattan barrel Orange Gose, we now know what to expect from the barrel (sweet vermouth anyone?) which adds to our anticipation. |

Brewery: Charleville Brewing Co. |
Location: Ste. Genevieve, MO |
Name of Beer: Kick in the Cranberries |
Beer Style: Witbier Aged in White Wine Barrels with Cranberries |
ABV: 4.5% |
Our Thoughts: Charleville? What is UP! This sounds like a big leap for Charleville and we really like the way it looks! While most of their portfolio has been relatively safe up to this point, branching out with something out of the norm may be exactly what they need to do to open up some people's eyes. |

Brewery: Charleville Brewing Co. |
Location: Ste. Genevieve, MO |
Name of Beer: Last Mango in Paris |
Beer Style: Saison Aged in White Wine Barrels with Mangoes |
ABV: 4.5% |
Our Thoughts: Looks like Charleville Vineyard bottled a bunch of white wine recently, huh? Two new beers, both white wine barrel aged. This one too sounds promising, maybe even more so than the Kick in the Cranberries. We think that the saison yeast in this one may do a lot more with that barrel character. |
