Brewery: Schlafly Beer |
Location: St. Louis, MO |
Name of Beer: Coconut Crème Ale |
Beer Style: Cream Ale |
ABV: 5.5% |
Our Thoughts: For a lot of folks, this beer stole the show at Hop in the City and we're super excited to see this one coming soon. On tap at Hop in the City, it was a delicious dessert beer with great fresh coconut flavors and a creamy mouthfeel. This is definitely one to seek out. |

Brewery: Schlafly Beer |
Location: St. Louis, MO |
Name of Beer: Imperial Coffee Stout |
Beer Style: Imperial Stout |
ABV: 10.0% |
Our Thoughts: Another beer from the Ibex series, this one sounds fantastic. A 10% ABV Imperial Stout with French roasted coffee beans, this one promises to be big and bold, yet velvety smooth. Like an iron fist in a velvet glove. Also, it looks like a 330 ml bottle, so our guess is that this could possibly be distributed in a 4 pack. What a time to be alive! |

Brewery: Public House Brewing Company |
Location: St. James, MO |
Name of Beer: Belgian Dubbel |
Beer Style: Belgian Dubbel |
ABV: 6.5% |
Our Thoughts: The Belgian Dubbel is not a style that many brewers make. It's nice to see a local brewery spotlight a very historical style. Done right, these beers are very flavorful, fuller bodied yet easily drinkable. We're definitely excited to see Public House take a shot at this one. |

Brewery: 4 Hands Brewing Company |
Location: St. Louis, MO |
Name of Beer: Apricot City Wide |
Beer Style: Pale Ale |
ABV: 5.5% |
Our Thoughts: If we had to pick one beer to represent St. Louis, we would definitely choose City Wide. Not only is it a tasty pale ale, but proceeds from it are donated to local not-for-profit organizations. Taking City Wide and adding apricots into the mix just makes it even better. This one will go fast. |

Brewery: Mark Twain Brewing Company |
Location: Hannibal, MO |
Name of Beer: King Arthur's Court |
Beer Style: Imperial IPA |
ABV: 8.2 |
Our Thoughts: Mark Twain Brewing Company, which was established in Hannibal in 2014, is a realative new comer to the St. Louis scene. Last week we saw Halley's Blueberry Saison hit the shelves and King Arthur's Court will hopefully be on shelves in the near future. We're definitely going to keep an eye out. |

Brewery: Crane Brewing |
Location: Raytown, MO |
Name of Beer: Oatmeal Saison |
Beer Style: Saison |
ABV: 4.0 |
Our Thoughts: Crane is known for focusing on the styles of Saison, Berliner Weiss and Lambic and have already made a name for themselves in executing classic examples of the style. This beer should prove interesting with the the creamy mouthfeel you get from the oats and the classic spicy and fruity esters of a saison all intermingling. |

Brewery: Cathedral Square Brewery |
Location: St. Louis, MO |
Name of Beer: Peach-ing to the Choir |
Beer Style: IPA |
ABV: 7.0% |
Our Thoughts: Cathedral Square's latest offering is Peach-ing to the Choir, an IPA brewed with peach puree. Cathedral Square mainly focuses on Belgian style beers, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out. Since they're using real fruit instead of a fruit extract, we have high hopes for Peach-ing to the Choir. |

Brewery: Boulevard Brewing Company |
Location: Kansas City, MO |
Name of Beer: Show Me Sour |
Beer Style: Wild Ale |
ABV: 4.6% |
Our Thoughts: The fact that this beer started as a collaboration between Boulevard and Side Project is enough to get any beer geek amped up. First appearing on draft in 2015, this beer will finally see bottles. Did we mention that it's aged in bourbon barrels? This will definitely be highly sought out. |
