Hiring Center opens Friday
UNIVERSITY CITY — HopCat – St. Louis will open its doors to the Delmar Loop in University City at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 28 with #80MOBeers – a showcase of 80 Missouri-made craft beers and ciders.
The grand opening event, which coincides with St. Louis Craft Beer Week, will also offer HopCat’s first 200 guests a card good for a free order of its famous Crack Fries every week for a year. Everyone visiting during the grand opening – regardless of when they arrive — will get a free order of Crack Fries. (WHAT?!?)
The new craft beer bar, 6317 Delmar Boulevard, will feature almost 145 seats inside plus an outdoor beer garden with room for up to 66 seats. More than $2 million is being invested into creating a unique environment inside and outside of the two-story space.
“At HopCat, we are committed to providing a unique showcase of the best local beers every day,” said Mark Gray, CEO of HopCat. “For our St. Louis opening we wanted to seize the opportunity to use every tap as a chance to expose our guests to the innovative flavors made right here in Missouri alongside some of HopCat’s great homemade food.”
To prepare for the opening, HopCat’s hiring center will open at 10 a.m. Friday at 7171 Delmar Boulevard, Suite 100, for walk-in, on-the-spot interviews for more than 80 new jobs.
