I've got sausage fingers and no skill.
Aroma - Most, if not all of the aroma, comes from the yeast. Its got hints of white pepper and citrus and has an overall vinous character to it.
Appearance - Pours not quite clear with a huge white head that sticks around with lacing.
Flavor - Very malty with a surprisingly underwhelming yeast character (some spice but it could be rye malt). It's vinous again in the flavor but it's more malty than anything. It's mostly cracker and white bread malts. Missing some balance with yeast.
Mouthfeel - High carbonation, medium body and a semi-dry finish.
Overall Impression - Man. I hate posting a less than stellar review on the first beer I've had from a brewery. While this one underwhelmed, I'm by no means ready to throw in the towel on Rock Bridge. This beer rates a 3.23 on Untappd so I'm not crazy low when compared to the masses but I also see that they have beers rated close to and above 4.0 on there. Looks like I'll just have to drink more beer.
