If you love St. Louis, craft beer and food, then you're going to want to keep reading. As part of St. Louis Craft Beer Week (STLCBW), the guys behind Saint Brewis reached out to Main and Mill Brewing to organize the most STL beer dinner ever created. Join us at Main and Mill on August 3rd for a night of awesome food and drink.
The menu we decided on is so St. Louis, it might even ask you where you went to high school.
Course 1: Toasted Ravioli
Course 2: Garber Sandwich (inspired by the STL famous "Gerber Sandwich")
Course 3: Pork Steaks
Course 4: Maple Stout Infused Gooey Butter Cake

For the four beers that are paired with each course, one is a Main and Mill favorite, one is a new 7-Up inspired Berliner Weisse, one is an unreleased cellared barleywine and the final beer is a previously unreleased maple variant of their Missouri Brunch Stout.
If that wasn't enough, your ticket also gives you the opportunity to buy 1 bottle of Main and Mill's upcoming first bottle release! You'll be able to choose from their 2016 Oak-Aged Imperial Breakfast Stout or the Triple Chile Variant. These beers will be released before this event and are expected to sell out quickly so this is an easy way to make sure you guarantee yourself a bottle.
Last but not least, you get a commemorative snifter glass and there will be an open bar during the event, too! Tickets are $50/person with just $25 needed to reserve a ticket online. The other half will be collected at the event which starts at 6pm and lasts until 9-ish.
